Um geeignete und erfolgsversprechende Bildungsimplikationen zu entwerfen, ist es unabdingbar, zun\u00e4chst vorhandene Vorstellungen von Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern zu einem bestimmten Themenbereich zu erheben und sie in Unterrichtsmaterialien und die methodische Ausgestaltung von Unterricht einflie\u00dfen zu lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den Vorstellungen von Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern \u00fcber landwirtschaftliche Betriebe, die Haltung von Nutztieren und die Produktion tierischer Nahrungsmittel liegen nur wenige und oftmals veraltete Untersuchungen vor (vgl. Br\u00e4mer, 2010; Hamann, 2004).
